FAQs

What happens to my subscribers if I delete a plan?

All the subscriptions of that plan will continue to remain, unless we explicitly move them to another plan. The deletion is only a “soft” delete that stops the plan from allowing new subscriptions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We would like to hear from you if you’re not satisfied with THE CEO BUSINESS JOURNAL, for any reason. For newsletters, you may unsubscribe via the Account Management page after logging in to view your newsletter preferences with the current email address on file. If you wish to cancel your magazine subscription, using your account number, please log in to BusinessWeek’s customer care center.

How much content will I have access to?

You will be able to see five articles per month before being asked to sign in or sign up for a free THE CEO BUSINESS JOURNAL account. (It’s quick and easy to sign up.) Registered users will be able to see 15 articles per month. And subscribers have unlimited access to all THE CEO BUSINESS JOURNAL articles on the website, whether they appeared in the magazine or not and whether they’re new or from the archive. At the beginning of every month, if you’re not a subscriber, your article counter (in the red strip near the top of every page on the site) will reset to zero.

What are the benefits of registering for a THE CEO BUSINESS JOURNAL account?

In addition to 15 free articles per month, you will have access to My Library and the ability to follow topics and industries. You can comment on articles and sign up for any of our daily, weekly, or monthly newsletters.

Will the site work on all my devices?

Yes. The site’s responsive design will adapt to the size of the screen you’re looking at. We’ll no longer have a separate mobile site.
